The first way to unblock - is to use identity information icon.
Click this icon. Opposite "Receive Notifications" select "Allow" in the drop-down list.
The second way – is to use browser settings. Enter "Options => Notifications", click "Choose…".
Select the desired site and click "Remove site".
Then click "Save Changes"
Chrome
The first way to unblock - is to use identity information icon.
Click this icon. Opposite "Notifications" select "Always allow on this site" in the drop-down list.
The second way – is to use browser settings. Enter "Settings => Content serrings". At the "Notification section click "Manage exceptions…".
(or enter this address to the address line chrome://settings/contentExceptions#notifications)
Next, select the site where you want to resume sending push notifications, and remove it from the list
Click "Done".
Safari
Go to the browser settings. Select the "Notifications" tab. Select a site that you want to unblock, and check "Allow".
